La Primavera Lago Vista is a two-stage omnium featuring road races over a 5.5 mile loop in Lago Vista, Texas. The race welcomes both amateur and professional bike racers to compete on the same course. On Saturday, the course is run in the clockwise direction and features a steady climb and screaming descent into a final uphill kick to the finish line. Sunday's course is reverse and riders' legs will be tested on the steep slopes of Highland Lake Dr.

The 32nd Annual edition of the race also features a juniors-only prologue time trial on Friday at The Driveway in Austin as part of a selection for the USA Cycling National Team. The Overall General Classification winners for the Junior 17-18 Men’s and Women’s races at La Primavera at Lago Vista will earn an automatic nomination for a 2024 National Team trip, funded by the USA Juniors Cup. Simultaneously, the best-placed 15-16 male and female of each race will be invited to attend a USA Cycling European Race Camp.
